Quiet and clean. Pool was not open. Breakfast was ok not much choices, my Tv was not working I called the front desk they said they would have someone in the morning come check it out but no one came.

The Rittenhouse was fabulous! Everyone on the staff went out of their way to be friendly and provide top notch service from the moment we pulled up the driveway. We had a room with 2 Queen-size beds that seemed larger than pictured on the websites. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Lacroix was great and again, the staff was so friendly. The room was clean and decorated more modern/fresher than the photos showed. The photos made the rooms look so yellow but it was more neutral, like a light beige in person. We thought the wallpaper was pretty cool too. The Indoor pool was fun for me and my kids and room service at dinner time arrived pretty quickly. Concierge Chris was awesome and even drove us into Philly in the Hotel Jaguar when we wanted to go sightseeing! We will definitely stay with them again because we were so comfortable staying at the hotel and we didn’t get to see/experience all that Philadelphia had to offer!

We had the room with a private bath. The room was large and comfortable. The hostess was very attentive and helpful.

Such a great, hospitable staff. I absolutely adored the filtered water machine on each floor.
