「Our stay was absolutely incredible! Communication with the host was easy as he always responded quickly. He set the appropriate expectations for check-in and check-out with simple but thorough instructions. The house was spacious and provided everything that we needed for our stay. We hope to come back someday for a longer stay because it was absolutely amazing!」

「The house was fantastic! The host was quick to answer with any questions. House was clean and as described. The only down fall was the parking (no fault of the host) it took us over 20 minutes to find a spot. Only negative of the house is it’s very bright. There’s no curtains to help at night. But besides that we loved it! The had gates, playpen, high chair ect. 」

「This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening....

「The parking was challenging. The street had permit parking & perhaps the permit cannot be shared with VRBO clients. Therefore, there is essentially 2 hour pathing window per day. I feel that this should be more clearly stated in the overview. I specifically chose this home for its parking and was disappointed by the lack of parking.」
