「The space was just as pictured and spacious! I loved the design of the home, and the host was responsive in communication. I didn’t have any issues during my stay at all. The check in and check out process was very smooth! I would definitely stay here again next time I am in town!」

My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead」

「The building is quite old but the interior has been redone so it’s quite a spacious 3 story building that gave our party of 8 plenty of space and privacy. Ample room to gather as well. The kitchen had a nice array of k-cups. The dishwasher turned on but the pods would not dissolve. The neighborhood initially seems a little run down but it was very conveniently located. We met a few of the neighbors and they’re all quite nice and friendly. We ran into some issues but the host is responsive and...

「This is a beautiful big home with a lot of great amenities. Four full bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms is a luxury, especially for the price. We enjoyed the patio and the big dining room table, and the parking pass was a huge bonus. We walked comfortably from the house to the center of town, but it’s a little farther to some of the sights than we expected. However, Uber was easy to use and I would happily stay here again. Gladys was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.」

「We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10」

「Large place with lots of beds. The beds are on the lower end of quality but there are a lot of them. The furniture is also mostly the cheaper kind. House had some maintenance issues but nothing out of the ordinary for the these kind of rentals. The location is great. Philly is great. I would stay here again.」

「Beautiful house with plenty of space for a family of any size to relax and spend time with each other. One of the safest areas to of Philly to stay with nice neighbors all around. The host communicates very which gives me a piece of mind when getting all the booking details. Parking is competitive I suggest to come early.」
