「if your staying here for a day or a week, this is it!! everything was perfect to a tee from the location to cleaniness. 「We stayed at Tom and Sharon’s river house for a bachelorette trip and loved the views and quaint house. We commented many times that we felt like we were on a river cruise! 「This property is exactly as listed! We stayed to be close to CHOP for hospital appointments & it is a great location for that as well as anything in Philadelphia. EVERYTHING we did was 20min or less away. Sometimes we drove but mostly used Uber which is cheap & always many drivers around so our longest wait was 5min. 「Fantastic property in the heart of Philly. The townhouse was located within an easy to walk to almost all of the touristy stuff we wanted to do, but also in a quiet neighborhood where it was easy to get som much needed rest. There are a few things around the property that show off their age, but nothing that is detrimental to the renters experience. I’d definitely stay here again if we make it back to Philly in the future. 」

「We were in town for a festival and wanted a central location and this place was walkable to EVERYTHING! Beautiful home with lots of comfortable seating to spread out :)」

「We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

「We booked this stay after a last minute cancellation and it was perfect for our group! It was close to the expo center so it was awesome! The parking situation was a little iffy, there were two nights we had to park at the church nearby since all the spots were full, but it wasn’t horrible. Proceed with caution when walking down towards the house, the gravel walkway was a little slippery due to the rain, but the owner did warn us about it!! I would book again. 」

「We love this home! It is so convenient, roomy, and well equiped for our family gatherings at Haverford College!」

「We stayed at Amanda's place for a long weekend. Amanda was very quick and helpful in response to any questions I had. Home was as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. The outside area was especially nice and we enjoyed hanging out there quite a bit. Great restaurants all a short walk away. We were able to find parking right in front of the door too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Just a note as I can't remember if it was mentioned in the listing, the staircase is steep...

「Stayed here for a golf trip for my father’s birthday. Perfect location in relation to the course and easy walk to downtown Phoenixville. House was in excellent condition and the stay was very comfortable. 」

「Brooks place was charming comfortable and fun! We had everything a family would need while traveling and then some. Our location was perfect for walking absolutely everywhere. The restaurants and bars in this neighborhood are all awesome and delicious. And Brook went above and beyond when our flight was delayed and he let us stay cozy and warm later than planned. It was a perfect trip!!!」

「The location was awesome, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and everything from the college campus to Philly airport and sites were only a 10-20 minute drive. The house has so much character with original stained glass and built ins. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs provided ample space for everyone to be cozy and shower in a timely manner. The only two downsides were: 1. The driveway, which has tons of space for parking once you get up to the house, but the hedges are over grown on one side...

「This is a charming 4 level home in a quiet courtyard within walking distance to many historic sites, shops, bars and restaurants. Beautifully renovated inside, quiet, super clean, comfortable bed. We lucked out with street parking on arrival. We used the narrow lane in the rear to quickly load our car when leaving. Overnight parking at the 10th and South Street lot was convenient. We much preferred staying here vs center city hotel. 」
