キング オブ プラシャのアパート

「The property was clean and in a very convenient location. Parking is street parking which can be challenging, but there are paid lots close by that did the trick. The door code to the building initially did not work but customer service was able to help me very swiftly and it was smooth sailing after entry. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shops along the strip to enjoy. Laundry in-unit was a nice bonus and they provided detergent!」

「Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl」

「Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area.」

「Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! 」

「Dave is super easy to deal with. Truly enjoyable.」

「Dave was an incredible host! The apartment was perfect for our stay. Super clean and comfortable.」

「The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay.」

「Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.」

「The studio apt. was in a convenient location for us and was very adequate for our recent stay. Pros: Clean overall, nice bathroom with large shower, good lighting, street parking was never a problem, host was very responsive, terrace overlooking street and park was nice. Cons: no luggage racks or place to put suitcases, upholstered chair and sofa...

「We arrived and immediately noticed that the sidewalk was dangerous between the driveway and the stairs. As we opened the door there was an intense and overwhelming smell of what seemed like dead fish. Bringing luggage up to the third floor due to the steps and sharp turns. The bathroom had a major tripping hazard in the bathroom where the toilet was on a raised platform which was adjacent to the sink, closely enough to hinder using the sink without backing into the platform and falling...
