「The property was spacious the owner communicated so well. The location was a great safe area to walk to cute little shops and cafes. Quick uber ride to the stadium. 」

「Be sure to know the front door code to enter the building. That is a seperate number then the front door of apartment. We were greeted with several window and self standing air units to cool the apartment down which did the job just very loud! Perfect location for sight seeing and some great little walk able restaurants! Above all the experience for this apartment was great! Just needs a bit of TLC for the walls and carpet in areas! Very clean and provided shampoo and soaps along with dish...

「Wonderful place to stay in the city!! Very clean place. Plenty of spices, dishes, k-cups were stocked in the kitchen. All the games worked perfectly and were soo much fun! Lots of yummy snacks in the vending machines as well. The only parking available is street parking so just make sure to plan for that accordingly. Wonderful place and I would definitely recommend to anyone! 」

「The space was perfect for our short, three night stay. Comfortable, quiet, and enough space for three. Having a garaged parking space was essential. It was fairly quick and easy to drive to downtown from the location. The hosts were responsive and helpful in providing instructions for check-in.」

「Washington Ave is convenient to access Delaware Ave. So as Broad St. to go around Philly. The place was just right size and clean. The parking spaces on 3rd floor to our room had a quiet distance. If there are roading space in 1st floor at the parking building, it would be convenience. 」
