Great for a quick stop over or preparation for a flight. Very close to PHL airport. Site and adjacent properties not kept and some.abandoned. That doesn't matter much if just there for a night for the airport.

This hotel was clean the staff was very kind. Our room wasn’t clean yet and it was almost 5:00pm the staff was very sorry and came and got us as soon as it was ready. The pool wasn’t swimmable the water was green. Other than that it was a nice place. The beds were very comfortable.

Check in was a fiasco. The “system was down”. There was a line to check in and the staff decided to randomly start handing out forms to be filled out to be checked in instead of going in order of the line. Staff wanted to joke about the delay and issue. Room was clean. Facility was clean. Pool was drained and empty (8/1/26).

Only problem I had was there was a power outage and the Hotel didn’t have a back up generator or emergency power source. The power outage was Caused by mother nature but the lack of back generators was all on the property.

Only one person was helpful and friendly when we first arrived, but it was all downhill from there. Breakfast items run out quickly, and if you even ask about them, you get the rudest treatment. The soaps in the room were not filled upon arrival, and if you ask for refills or even fresh towels, you get the same attitude. The owners or managers need to hire better personnel who actually care about serving this hotel’s guests.

The pool was not open at all during the stay. It was green and had no loungers. Barely any food during breakfast hours. Power went out during the second day of our stay and was not returned. We were given no updates about the power status and had to pack our things at 10pm to find a new hotel. They report we will get a refund for the night we missed… waiting on that.

Arrived after a horrendous journey of over 12 hours, during which an international flight from Germany was diverted twice and landed in PHL. Check-in staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Offered water and a suggestion for a place to get dinner. Also, let me know if I don't need an Uber for the next morning since the hotel has a free airport shuttle that runs from 3:30 am. The room was clean, with great air conditioning, which was a relief after the lack of AC in Europe. I had a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed, and the next morning, the staff were friendly and helpful at 3:30 am! The shuttle driver offered hot water for a cup of tea and then drove a van full of people to the airport. Highly recommend this location if you need a place to stay near PHL airport. Staff deserves a high five! Service with a smile.

Hotel is great. Just an unfortunate thing happened to us. Enter room one and we were locked out since lock was jammed. No keycard worked. Finally, Manager used wire and hook underneath door to open door like thief method (first time to see). It took over 1 hour and we exhausted to want get rest and for next day early flight. We ask for discount, manager said he will do but never do it.

I’ve traveled all my life and stayed at a lot of high end hotels. This was my first experience with top of the line customer service. We were on a two day test coming from a cancer center for care. The AGM was exceptional he was very warm concerned caring eager to accommodate. He went higher than customer service he made such an emotional time with dealing with a stage 4 cancer and all the low ends of navigating thru these trying times. I felt I was in my comfort zone and it felt like home away from home. His staff that works under his instruction were all kind and eager to please . The facility was beyond immaculate. He the AGM needs to be recognized for going above and beyond for the franchise he deserved a higher pay I could never trade his customer service for any one. This was a once in a lifetime experience I wish I could say other hotels could meet the quality services . I will tell family friends and co- workers they need to see it to believe it. I thank you so much and I have so much gratitude. Please acknowledge this as a plus for future word of hear say and allow it to be passed on. Thank you so much and our family will continue to stay there. Thank you

We experienced lots of issues during our stay. Had triple confirmed with the hotel because of traveling with our son who has special needs- still arrival check in was a mess and they tried to double charge us even though we had prepaid through Hotels.com later that night I overheard them doing the same thing to another traveler- charging her card $398 even though he room was prepaid. Once we got upstairs they had checked us into a dirty room where housekeeping was still working. Many other issues as well.

Hampton Inn Review Overall, my stay was good, but there were a few things I wish had been made clear before booking through Expedia. First, nowhere during the booking process was it explained that parking costs $30 per day. That was an unexpected expense that travelers should know about in advance. Another disappointment was the pool. The hotel advertises having a pool, but when I arrived, it was dirty and not in operation. I came to town to spend time with my grandchildren, and swimming together was something we were looking forward to. It was very disappointing to find out after checking in that the pool was unavailable. I also experienced an issue at the front desk when I asked about the pool. I was mistakenly told that my reservation had been canceled, even though I had never requested a cancellation. Thankfully, James, the General Manager, stepped in and quickly resolved the situation, making sure I was still able to stay at the Hampton Inn. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean, appears to have been recently remodeled, and is in a great location close to the airport. The airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. Also, the hotel places only a $50 incidental hold on your card for the duration of your stay. Overall, I hope the hotel and Expedia will be more transparent about the daily parking fee and clearly notify guests when amenities like the pool are out of order.
