「This is an awesome spot! We needed walking distance to Pennsylvania Hospital and this was it ! Spacious, all supplies provided, showers had great pressure .. only negative i can say is wood floors needed better cleaning, socks and bare feet were dirty .. overall, very nice place and would stay again!!」

「室内はきれいで調理器具や冷蔵庫などが揃っていて不便なことはありませんでした。 ただし、市庁舎などがある中心街から徒歩20分程度と少し遠く、地元のドライバー曰く夜は治安があまり良くないので日本人が出歩くには危険とのことでした。近くに気軽に飲食できる店舗は少なかったです。 上下の生活音や車の音が響いて気になりました（ホテル側も認めていて耳栓が常備してあった）が、大きな1室が周囲のホテルよりも安く利用できるので良かったとは思います。」

Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia. 」

「Why pay more for a neighboring 300 sq.ft. Hotel room when you can have all the amenities of an apartment for less? The building is well-maintained and secure, the suite was immaculate. The location was an easy walk to my symposium at the College of the Physicians, and the area is beautiful with many excellent restaurants and shops!
