"Pool is FRIGID! Not even usable it’s so cold. Hot tub has black stuff on the edges, mold? Breakfast is bagels. That’s it. Not worth the price tag considering you can stay at others nearby with better amenities at a lower price point. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel.
The room is nice and big, that’s about the only perk."
"This was the most disgusting lodge I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t even spend the night. I walked in and was hit with cigarette smell. The furniture was broken. Rugs were def not cleaned. And bugs flying everywhere(thus the door entrance leads right outside). Paint on walls just all broken. Mortified. I was scared to even lay on those beds. And I’m not even being dramatic.
This property needs an entire new renovation. Do not stay, unless you are comfortable with a dirty stay."
"Tatiana was wonderful out of all of the bar/kitchen staff she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Menu at night limited ordered two things that they were out of and or told were no longer on the menu. Wound up going to Marzoni’s instead."
"Not their fault, but they were going through some serious renovations. Staff did their best and was accommodating. Billing was messed up card wise which I explained very clearly. Will stay there again though."
"The hotel was clean and maintained. The rooms were also clean. The staff was helpful as well. My only complaint was the breakfast. The food was okay. Food options were not always available because equipment was broke or empty"
