「We’ve been coming to seven springs for more than 30 years!! While it’s not the resort of yesteryears, it is clean, comfortable and relaxing!!!」

「This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!」

「I really enjoyed the loft setup and having a full set kitchen at my disposal. Making it home base for my travels really handy and great. The central air unit helped to keep the place comfortable especially during the hot days. Where I had problems was in discovering the two pots were completely covered in burned dirt and damage. Making them useless or risky to use for cooking. Thankfully the skillets were okay for use but it would be better if you insured the cookware was clean and undamaged....

「We had a very good experience. Great location with lots of restaurants and historical landmarks within walking distance. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The only issue we had with the unit itself is that the futon couches did not make for comfortable sleeping, and noise from the street was at times quite loud. Just bring ear plugs. Host company was very responsive.」

「建物の改装中でホテルを見つけるのに時間がかかった。また、フロントがないので事前に登録をしておかないと入室できないが、登録をすればスムーズにチェックインできた。 食べ物を準備させすれば何でもできるようになっている。スーパーも近く、展示会場も近かったので便利だった。」

「室内はきれいで調理器具や冷蔵庫などが揃っていて不便なことはありませんでした。 ただし、市庁舎などがある中心街から徒歩20分程度と少し遠く、地元のドライバー曰く夜は治安があまり良くないので日本人が出歩くには危険とのことでした。近くに気軽に飲食できる店舗は少なかったです。 上下の生活音や車の音が響いて気になりました（ホテル側も認めていて耳栓が常備してあった）が、大きな1室が周囲のホテルよりも安く利用できるので良かったとは思います。」

「Great place to stay if you like to stay more in a neighborhood-type than a bigger city clean and comfortable. Walking distance to eateries. Easy code entry. Everything worked out well.」

「Property was great. Walkable to all of the old city to see the liberty bell and independence hall. About an hour walk from the Philadelphia museum of art which isnt to bad of you plan to get there when it opens around 10 a.m.」
