「This location was a great spot for a quiet weekend with an old friend and little boys. We had plenty of space and the boys slept late after doing laps on the stairs to chase paper airplanes. The boys enjoyed saying hello to the goats and cows on the property. The house was close to the Strausburg Railroad and the Train Museum, both good day trips.」

「Swallow's Rest West was just delightful, and the perfect base for our visit to Longwood Gardens. It was so creatively decorated, had all the amenities needed, and was clean and comfortable. Our host Henry was wonderful. Only thing I would have changed was having an operating window on the upper floor, to let in some fresh, cool air at night. But this was just a minor issue. I would still highly recommend this property.」

「My partner and I stayed here for an early Valentine’s Day getaway. The pictures really don’t do the home justice, it is simply gorgeous & modern looking in person. The backyard was super spacious. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub but unfortunately didn’t have enough time to try the fire pit. Inside was clean and had a lot of bonus amenities some of our other trips elsewhere didn’t have.
