We are only a few miles from the towns of Intercourse, Bird-in-Hand and Strasburg and just minutes away from outlet shopping, theaters and downtown Lancaster City. Our guest suite is perfect for couples or the solo traveler who want a cozy, convenient place to stay.

Not only very clean but very comfortable and cozy. Many extra touches to make the room feel like home! Hosts communicated and stayed in touch and room was in a very convenient location. Would highly recommend and will look forward to staying again when we visit.

This is a lovely little place that was perfect for our 2 day stay in Amish country. The bed is very comfortable and it is stocked with snacks and drinks for the guests to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Martha does an excellent job with the comfort of her apartment. She provides everthing that you need or may have forgotten. It is in a quoet community setting where we were very safe and secure. This is my second stay here and will surely stay again.

This was a very clean and cozy suite! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette was stocked with a great variety of snacks, sodas, and coffee and tea choices. The welcome book was very informative about the various activities in the area. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We loved our stay. Martha is the hostess with the mostest and thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed and hot shower. Would definitely stay there again. Will be our first choice when we return.

The guest suite is so comfortable and has convenient features that make it effortless - motion sensor lights on the stairs and door, snacks and water, clear instructions and explanations, interior lighting in the right places, spare toiletries, etc. Check-in was easy, and the location was great.

Lovely suite

Second time staying at this property. Close to the Sight & Sound Theatre. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The suite is spacious and very clean and has everything that you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Martha is the best host!

Ride the train and stay at this awesome guest suite !

The accommodations were top notch…Martha has thought of everything! You’re close to Strasburg Train Museum and train ride. Good food and brewery close by.

Amazing Stay!

Martha’s place was wonderful! She made you feel comfortable even before you arrived and once we checked in we were very impressed with all the thought that went into the design and essentials provided. The place is better in person! I will be staying there again :)
