「Traveled alone and staying alone so always a little nervous about trying a new hotel. But from the moment I walked in and was greeted by a smile, I relaxed. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and well-lit. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The towels were soft and big enough to be useful. The pump bottles in the shower were properly filled. The ice machine worked. The room was quiet. The TV remote even had a sleep timer!」

「インディアナポリスからニューヨークへ車で旅行へ出かけました。中間のピッツバーグで一泊したのがこのホテルでした。街へはけっこう離れていて閑静ですが、逆に周りには何もありませんでした。netで調べてピッツバーグの和食屋へ行きました。茶屋というレストランで完璧な和食を楽しめました。」

I didn't leave a tip because I was dissatisfied with the roomkeeper's work, I just forgot. The room was very clean. The bathroom was perfect except for some rust in the bathtub. The breakfast was amazing. The pineapple was juicy and delicious.」

「ピッツバーグ市内の川沿いに位置するホテル。建物に駐車場が付いているが、外部の駐車場の方が安価である。部屋はリビングルームになっていて、電子レンジや冷蔵庫、カテラリーがある。チェックアウト後に車をそのまま数時間置かせてもらえたりと、レセプションの対応も柔軟だった。次回は是非家族で利用したい。」
