"Shuttle drivers a bit rude and condescending. I waited nearly a hour for the shuttle at the airport since nowhere did they say during booking that you’re expected to call for shuttle service. (Even then, it took over 20 mins before they showed up.) Then I was told different things about services to the airport. Their communication was horrible and they made it sound like it was my fault they screwed up.. Room was ok I guess but entire hallway looked like a tornado came thru and was never cleaned. It had strange white particles from wall to wall, but there was no evidence of work being done. Don’t know what they expect you to do with your towels but there were NO towel racks available. No wall switches for lighting in bedroom and only lamp switches (of the ones that worked) were hard to find -especially in the dark! Bed wasn’t even made properly. It had the sheet on top of the comforter. (Why???) Elevators were at opposite end of building from lobby - about a 250 ft distance in the huge building. The placed lived down to its two star rating."

"Floor 1 was the staffs living space and was run down compared to the other floors. Only one Ice machines was working and it was the 15th floor. This wasn’t told to us when we checked in so we had to go floor to floor to find a working one. We didn’t have any house keeping services either. "

"The property wasn't as clean as I expected. The carpet was dirty, the walls in my room were stained and there was no ironing board. But most of all I asked for a room with a view of the planes taking off and landing. I was told I would be moved to one but it never happened. "

"Couldn’t even stay, was stuck at Philly airport overnight, no one would pick up phone to confirm if the room was actually available that night. No 24/7 shuttle like the listing shows, and no TSA in the middle of the night. So if I had paid for an uber to the hotel, and they turned me away, I would have been stranded for hours in the middle of the night. Now they’re arguing with me about a refund…"

"I honestly think most of the reviews for the Golfers Inn are fake. When I actually read through them they were repetitive and not very accurate. The facility looks like it was nice at one point, but it smelled of smoke & weed. The halls looked like they aren’t vacuumed and I didn’t feel safe. (Mom with 18 yr old daughter). I think we might have had drug neighbors on our floor as they were loud at 3am and I had trouble falling back asleep. The lights from outside came through our curtains so the whole room was lit up. The room wasn’t bad. The heater didn’t seem to control so I ended up turning it off. I’m not too picky but I sincerely didn’t feel safe and did not leave my room once we got in (until next morning). Would not recommend."

"AVOID!!! This place is disgusting. Stains and heavy wear and tear throughout room. Half the outlets didn’t work, the room REAKED of smoke, and there was a rusty piece of metal just laying on the floor. The staff member who checked us in acted like we were an inconvenience and barely spoke to us except for short clipped sentences. When we came to complain about the smoke she just said “okay” and handed us this canister that resembled a flea bomb that sprayed citrus everywhere. It smelled awful. Our key cards didn’t work and we had to get new ones. The breakfast they served was pathetic. No hot food and my orange was rotten! So disappointing and nothing like the quality the pictures on the website showed. "

"Pool was out of order, from previous posts seems like this is a common occurrence. Room was HOT despite turning the air down, the room remained uncomfortably hot. Tiles on the floor were held together with masking tape. Happy hour and breakfast were a nice bonus but expected more for the price "
