「We enjoyed ur stay, comparing to other VRBO's we have stayed in- some opportunities would be- have a supply of paper towels- more than one dishtowel-more than one bath towel/ bed when people are staying multiple nights, clean the windows- overall cleanliness subpar with cabinets needing work- furniture/wood- damaged-walls banged up and soiled. 「We were 2 couples visiting Phile. It was weird to not get the chileckin instruction till afternoon, but it worked out.Hoped for an early checkin, but with the parking down the street, i guess that worked out too.Parking was easy. We felt safe.」

「The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants.」

「I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.」

"The lady of the reception was very unfriendly and impolite. She showed no smile, and even showed her angry face to our 5 yrs old boy, who was just trying to reach the counter. Very bad experience. Never want to see her again! And the breakfast was terrible."
