「Ice machines didn’t work. The gym was a joke. The breakfast was terrible. We paid way too much not to enjoy anything about the hotel」

It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. 「Hotel could use a bit of modern touch. Room is advertised with a fireplace. What they don’t advertise is they do not supply wood to burn in the fireplace nor do they sell it. I appreciated they offer breakfast but the eggs were literally on the cold side. Overall even with the few issues I had with the hotel I would recommend if you’re looking for a lower price stay. 」

Room wasn’t quite as clean as I would expect, found pills and a wrapper under the tv/fridge stand, marks on walls, corners of bathroom dirty bedding comforter should be replaced. Hallways and elevator flooring stained, coming apart. Overall average for a dated hotel. 」
