"I just really enjoy this hotel. It was my second stay from a trip 2 years ago. I love the location in busy Waikiki and for what I can afford, a block from the ocean is great for me. It’s close to so many wonderful restaurants, and when I travel again, I probably will eat exclusively in the STIX Asia Food Court a block away. There I had excellent tempura, Korean fried chicken, and delicious Pho. On the same “basement “ level is Maguro’s, with tons is sushi, sashimi, and bowls with the freshest of ingredients at reasonable prices. One of the best features the hotel has to offer is concierge service. Check with James if you want some special activities and touring. James is super knowledgeable and can find just the right experiences for you to enjoy!"
"Clean and breakfast included is a plus! The only thing I wish the counter person would have done was give me kamaaina rate for at least my parking, seeing that I presented a Hawaii ID. Bummed about that. "
"Nice hotel. Coffee shop, store, restaurant all on the main floor. Located in a walkable area, close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Only have valet parking and it's $61 per night. The miniature golf they offer is not accessible as the valet park cars on it. :( We came back to our room on our 2nd day to find our door open. Apparently the lock engaged on its own causing the door to open. They were very accommodating in getting us into another room (when I thought someone broke in and didn't want the lock to do this again). They told my husband that this happens. I hope they fix this issue, as it is a large deterrent of me staying here again. Otherwise, it a very nice hotel."
