"Clean and simple. Rooms had wooden floors which is good at the beach, Beds were clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge/freezer that worked well, microwave and small coffee maker. Plenty of towels that were thick and fluffy. TV with streaming platforms. No room key needed - uses key code sent to your phone at check-in. Would be nice to have some hooks on the wall for hanging beach stuff, and would be nice to have an ice machine on premises. Otherwise great! Bit of a walk to the beach - about 4 blocks, would be good to have a wagon to carry your things. Pet friendly too. Would stay here again."

"Motels get a bad wrap. This one provided me wrong. It was a very nice place. We stayed a week and had no issues. It’s right on the beach and right next to the pier. It’s 5 minutes (give or take) away from any restaurants. It’s not very popular which means not too many people. We enjoyed our time there. We will be back again."

"It was perfect for my boyfriend and I! It was barely a 20 minute walk to the beach and was right in town, which made shopping a breeze. The hosts are so nice and accommodating. The pool was very clean, the hot tub very relaxing, and the grill was perfect for making dinner. If there was a way to give 6 stars, I would."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and the location was ideal. We especially liked the shaded porch overlooking the ocean during the day and nights. Loved watching and hearing the waves. Many beach accessories were supplied. Beds were good and water pressure excellent. Only difficulty was that the sliding patio door had a broken handle on the outside so we used the side entrance to go in and out to the porch.John was an excellent host and answered any questions/needs quickly.Considering staying there again next year."

"Great location, extremely clean, and quick and easy contact with host! Place had everything we needed.Sister slept in master and she said bed was very comfy and had great water pressure in the shower, but it’s the tiniest shower ever.We slept in middle bedroom, I found bed comfy but husband not so much. Middle bedroom has peeling paint on ceiling, no one slept in that room.Hall bath…shower water pressure very low and overall needs some updating.Hallway walls need some work for bowing paneling, front room floor has some splitting and cold air return need’s changed badly.Kitchen is galley style and fully stocked and everything worked great.Front room furniture and dining room furniture were all comfy and great.Washer and dryer downstairs, outside of unit but in an enclosed room but we didn’t use them. Outdoor shower looked great but the turn handle is broken and metal is sharp so we didn’t use it."
