「Our second stay in your hotel. Our room is always clean and the breakfast is great. I called ahead to try and get my reservation put on to my Bonvoy app. I was assured that even though I booked through Expedia, they would put it on there, just wouldn’t have points. That’s fine. I don’t care about the points, but I do care about checking and checking out with my app and using my electronic key which I cannot do if you don’t put my reservation on the app. Also, the hotel did not pay attention...
