「Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. 」

「The Hotel looked like it had been not working for years, adn it had just reoponed. It smelled awfull. The curtains of the room didnt work properly so the light from the parking lots shot a my face all night. Custormer Service was poor at best. 」

「It was the best stay I had in Charlotte. When I go back to Charlotte I will be back there. My home away from home. Very clean,very roomy. I love the staff very friendly an helpful. Kitchen was nice an parking was good. 」
