「Room clean, the owners are great, breakfast was fantastic. Love staying here.」

「The room smelled, likely because it was so humid in the room. I think the a/c was malfunctioning. The sheets smelled of stale smoke. My husband closed the bathroom door as he was leaving the room and it locked. Someone will have to go in and fix It. By the response from the front desk this has happened before The ladies who checked us in were very nice」

「Mold everywhere! I don’t think the bathroom had been clean from the last FEW guests… Hair and dirt everywhere, used soap in the tub. Was honestly scared to stay here, but we needed a ‘nap’ traveling to Florida. Was not worth the money for a 4 hour nap!!!!」

「Thoroughly enjoyed this newly renovated restaurant/hotel! Furnishings were exquisite down to the wall switches! Bar area and sunroom were lovely as was the dining room. Employees were the best! Nice to have this venue in Winnsboro - best wishes for continued success!!!」

「The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. The breakfast that came with our stay was FANTASTIC! If I could give all the staff at the Hampton Inn on Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC a 20 out of 5, I would! Thank you❤️ Carol and Tom Cruz Michigan」

「Room was clean, but smelled very strongly of bleach. Had to have window open. Water didn’t get very warm. And bed was uncomfortable and only had nightstand on one side. The side without only had a few inches to get out of bed.」

「Ummm..the railing to the balcony had been taped off with caution tape on the second floor and was being supported by 2x4 underneath. Did not seem safe at all. Also, we have stayed here multiple times and the advertised pool has never been open. Usually the room is clean, but not this time. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and towels were stained some brown substance. May not stay here again. We are used to the sketchy characters that stay here, but someone was pounding on my son's...

「There was confusion over the length of our stay (2 nights) every time we visited the office, including the time our key cards stopped working the second day. The room had a stale smoky smell. The towels were so threadbare they were translucent! We were provided a quarter roll of toilet paper with no holder in the bathroom so I had to fetch one from the office, along with coffee that was watery and worthless. Suspicious stains on the bathroom wall. Pillows were flat and mattresses were not. I...

「I stayed two nights. The rood was felt little bit dated. And my problem was water pressure weakness. After staying the first night, I claimed it to a front desk. He replied me " Thank you very much finding it". After enjoying that day in day time I found this problem was gone. It was impressed so much how they were serious in order to repair my room problem. I could feel its manner so great and proffesional.」
