「We usually choose Best Western hotels when we travel, but unfortunately, this one did not meet the standard we’ve come to expect. The front desk staff was okay, but not particularly friendly or welcoming. We also weren’t given any information about the hotel, such as breakfast hours or parking, which would have been helpful. 「THE CHECK-IN DESK STAFF WERE AMAZING. THEY WERE EXTREMELY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY GREETED ME UPON EXITING AND RETURNING, EVERY SINGLE TIME. ALL 3 SHIFTS OF CHECK-IN STAFF WERE INVITING. THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS ALWAYS STOCKED AND VERY CLEAN. THE LOBBY AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AS WELL. MY ROOM WAS SATISFACTORY. IT WAS CLEAN UPON CHEVK-IN. MY ONLY ISSUES IS THAT NO ONE CLEANED MY ROOM ON THE DAYS I REQUESTED. MY STAY WAS FROM 8/13/26-8/19/26. FOR THE FIRST 4 DAYS, I REQUESTED NO CLEANING...

「The room was super clean. Staff was very helpful! We chose this place due to the pool lift for handicap people in the pictures. There was a sign at the pool saying contact staff when needing it. We have been working with rehab about getting in and out. In is easy. So we got in no problem without the lift: when getting out, I went in and asked for them to turn it on. Turns out, it’s broken. So I am grateful for the 2 staff members that came and helped get my husband back in his chair. ...

「Our first time staying at a Fairfield Inn. Nice sized room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, continental breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay again.」
