「Everything was 4 to 5 stars except we were woken up at 5:30 by a lot of banging in the hall. We were in room 124 right behind the kitchen. Not certain if it was kitchen staff or cleaning staff but it lasted for a minute or two. Then around 6 it happened again but this time only lasted about 15 seconds. Breakfast was good but that automatic pancake machine was almost useless. Would rather have the waffle makers back.」

「Clean rooms helpful and friendly staff.」

「Book it! I loved everything about it safe and comfortable and clean. No complaints」

「We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!」

「Clean rooms and helping staff. Best price」
