"Disappointing. First room the AC didn’t work. Went down and the staff was nice, changed me to another room. Got to the new room and the televisions did not work. Called down to the front desk and was put on hold for 3 to 5 minutes and then someone picked up and hung up the phone. I called back a second time someone picked up and hung up the phone again. I called the third time and the girl that answered said she was busy and was putting me on hold to which I told her I had already been hung up on twice, she reiterated she was alone and had a long line and was putting me on hold. So I hung up. She did call back and sent someone to come fix the televisions. At another point, our room ran out of toilet paper. I had to call down three times to which they kept telling me that somebody would bring it up, this was over the course of hours, and nobody brought toilet paper so I had to go down and get it myself. And the beds were horrendous. Very uncomfortable and creaky. Every time I rolled over the entire bed creaked. I ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck. It was so uncomfortable. I typically love Embassy suites which is why I picked this hotel, but I would liken this one to a Motel 6. The staff were nice during my interactions and the breakfast was good. "

"It’s a decent hotel for the price. The room AC is motion-controlled and would cut off and on throughout the night, making the room impossible to temperature control. The TVs are VERY old and ghetto. There was an issue with a homeless man while we were there, and the inside of the elevator had a curious white liquid smeared on the inside of the door following the incident. The next morning, part of the stain was still on the door."

"Love the place. So close to the beach, grocery store next to it.. nice restaurant around it. Definitely will stay here next vacation."

"The staff is amazing every single one of them great! For the place itself honestly disgusting af! The shower drain plugged water won’t drain. They have these weird square cushion bull crap on the walls Where the beds are at and in the crevices they’re just dust honestly it looks like mold to me that’s disgusting that needs to be cleaned throughly and it isn’t. Marks on the wall of something spilled. The mirror on the wall had hand marks all over. The shower and tub did not look clean. Carpet everywhere in the building gross it looks like they ripped it out and tried to staple it back in looks awful. The elevators smelt so gross everyday. I didn’t bother to see the pool the entire place already had me grossed out. They need to renovate immediately or something. I will never be back! "
