When asking about complimentary airport shuttle from the hotel, I was told that I need to arrange my own as the driver was on lunch break. I was surprised by 1) no backup driver 2) unwillingness to arrange rides for customers. This was the first time I experienced this in a Hilton Honors hotel - ending with a not so pleasant note.

From the time I checked in, I was greeted by the front desk staff who had a great attitude and welcoming spirit about her. The property was kept well and the atmosphere was family friendly. I traveled with 5 kids, my husband and myself. Everything was kept well and clean. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. Buffet style and offered a kitchen staff that made additional type breakfast fresh off the griddle of course there was a wait but it does warn the times of when it’s the busiest & we so happen to go mid busy to the busiest times. Overall great place to stay, clean, family friendly, loved the indoor pool, gym and good front desk service.
