"Cleanliness- the room was not very clean. Broken fingernail on bathroom counter, hairs stuck to ceiling, gunk on table legs, gunk around bath mat, bathroom door would stick when being pulled open. Staff- very friendly but called the front desk 3 times at about 9 PM (due to broken AC) one night and no one would answered. Family friendliness- our room was not great for small kids. The stairs were very steep, the upstairs bed was pushed up against the wall overlooking the downstair, very dangerous for small children. The biggest downside was the broken AC for two night. Pros- grounds are nice and the breakfast was great. I would not stay here again and have no idea how it is rated as high as it is."

"TERRIBLE Shower water pressure . Shower allows water to flood bathroom floors . Everything in the restroom is either breaking or broken "

"Kids loved the pool, rooms were great. Breakfast was mostly good. Not having water/toilets and showers for 2 full days was not enjoyable. Unless we asked, communication through the water problem was never sent out for guests. Guests had to buy their own water and were not supplied any. Nice distance to Disneyland and the ART system was pretty easy to use. "
