"Very honest people. Apparently, I left my credit card in the room by mistake and housekeeping, found it and turned it in. Someone then called me and let me know that my credit card was there and that it was gonna be kept safe and I want picked it up the next day."

"The kitchen was fully equipped, Air conditioner keep the room cool. 3 lights needed light bulbs the remotes for the two Tv needed batteries. No pool or hot tub, no restaurant or grocery store like was stated. "

"Wasn't aware i had to pay for parking, first night there found a cockroach in the room, the pool was still getting renovated and didn’t get a note of that until we got there, had to go to the other hotel with no card or nothing to enter, overall not a very convenient experience neither sanitary.
