「We had a wonderful time at this property over the Memorial weekend for my daughter’s graduation from Chapman. The location works perfectly for strolling to the beach, going out to eat, and grabbing midday snacks. The kitchen, living room and rooftop area are great gathering places for our informal breakfasts and quick lunch prep area. 」

「We had an amazing stay in this spacious, two bedroom unit. Everything was exactly as described and the view was amazing. The location is perfect as it is a very short drive to the harbor and the harbor is within walking distance for those who want to explore and are up for a good walking challenge. Our four night stay went way too quickly.」

「We had the most amazing time staying at this awesome 3rd-floor penthouse! My two friends were in from Vegas, and I live locally in Costa Mesa. The penthouse was perfect—spacious, clean, and with stunning views of the Pacific. I slept in the living room on the surprisingly comfy Murphy bed, with the sliders open to hear the waves at night. 「What a delightful stay! I felt spoiled from beginning to end. Proximity to the pier was fabulous! the complementary drinks and stocked kitchen was also appreciated. The ONLY negative comment is that the upstairs tenants need to be told to walk and talk quietly before 8 am. I was woken up both days at 6:30 by them. Other than that, I had a great time, and will definitely come again.」

「We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....
