"チェックインの際、日本語で書かれた案内チラシをいただけたので、英語が得意でなくても館内施設やシャトルバスの利用方法がスムーズに把握できてとても助かりました。また、ホテル専用のシャトルバスは本数もあってパークへの往復に本当に便利でした！お城をモチーフにした可愛い外観や広いお部屋など、全体的な雰囲気は良かったです。ただ、お風呂（バスルーム）の排水がかなり弱く、シャワーを使っているとすぐに足元に水が溜まってしまい、なかなか引いていかないのが大きなマイナスポイントでした。水はけの悪さのせいか衛生面でも少し気になってしまい、快適にバスタイムを過ごせなかったのが残念です。シャトルやスタッフの方の対応が良かっただけに、水回りの改善を期待したいです。"

"チェックイン時、英語が多少苦手でも翻訳機を使用してくださり、スムーズに部屋に入ることができました。スタッフも笑顔で親切な人が多かったです。ディズニーランドパークまでは15分程歩きましたが、苦では無かったです。近くにドラッグストアがあるので、水などを購入するのに助かりました。"
