"This place is dirty- I do not recommend staying here. The floors were dirty as if no one swept or mopped. The shower curtain had a stain on it. There was a random dirty towel in the closet. There were dirty shoe prints in the shower. And the bedding and bed was low quality. There was no fitted sheet on the bed- just a thin flat sheet. I was not going to be comfortable sleeping in such a dirty place so I ended up finding a new place to stay. It’s like they didn’t even try."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The location of our unit left a lot to be desired. We looked out to the ground keepers equipment and storage area. Had I stayed more than one night I would not have this unit. No sunshine….."

"This trip was for Darnell McDuffie. Not only was it a small room for the price he paid, there was no free WiFi. Staff was rude. Just an all out bad experience. Not to mention the tape on the plug. He called it a hyped up Motel 6."

"I truly enjoyed the closeness of the beach and the views out of my window! The proximity of the pier, the amazing sunrises and sunsets! April in Newport Beach was perfect! I kept the windows open and enjoyed all of the sounds! I found the place easily and the parking! I’m so glad I ignored some of the other reviews but I can imagine that if you are there during high tourist season, it’s a much different story! Also, the jacuzzi tub was fabulous! All in all 10/10 for my stay! It was exactly what I needed! Side note…Dory’s Deli in the morning is full of amazing locals…hearing people greet each other by name while you enjoy fabulous Coffee, food and people watch was one of my highlights Newport Coffee had amazing smoothies! "

"The breakfast "menu" consists of packagea muffins and granola bars....not really a free meal, but a snacl at best. The room itself is ok. The ac is not the strongest. It cooled the room enough to be comfortable, but a little more.chill would have been nice. The water pressure of the shower is poor. When u turn on the faucet in the tub, there is a very strong outpouring of water, but once u pull up for the shower, it is barely a ahower at all. I was on the first floor so it could play a factor but it was really bad water pressure."

"Had my 2 kids with me 7 and 3 year olds. Staff and people friendly. Pool is warmed and useful for teaching them to swim. Only 3ft - 4.5 ft deep."
