"This place was really dirty. Sheets were so old that holes were forming thru the cotton. No Breakfast. Standard room didn’t come with a fridge. You have to pay $20 extra just to get a fridge. Unreal."

"Supposed front beach view ok. Too close to street could here traffic. First night was fine next morning bathroom sink started leaking all over the floor called maintenance they came out and tried to say just dripping from top of sink we had to let water run and basically flood the floor and had them come out to actually see the problem. The repair man finally acknowledged we were right and had to come back with tools. We left for breakfast came back to room, there was a sour stink smell and there were still no towels after calling house keeping three times to replace our towels sincewe had to wipe up water off the floor with our towels. Then I decided to shower noticed black stuff in the drain area and after running the shower for a few minutes it started to not drain, we had to call maintenance again. We decided to go to pool and told front desk we would check with them when we were done at pool in two hours. We checked in two hours font desk said all was fixed cleaned and towels refreshed this was at 4 pm. Mind you the problem started at 9 am.the hotel offered only $100 credit to be used on food or drinks. I was insulted that they thought that was sufficient for out inconvenience. And lack of urgency. Also on Saturday or Sunday early morning I could smell marijuana and early morning cigars. They do have balconies so I’m sure the smell from smoking outside blew our way but spending $1100 for two nights I guess I expected better."

"Location is great, few steps from the ocean in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The room had an ocean view that was amazing. Free parking and breakfast was great as well. Would definitely come here again."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, the staff was unhelpful, and the overall experience was not good. The check-in process was slow and not informative, the street were noisy late at night, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others."
