"The house was in the best location — perfect walking distance to shops and everything we wanted to explore, and we loved being so close to the beach. The views were absolutely beautiful. The house had a great layout and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated that it was pet-friendly. We lucked out with the weather; it wasn’t too hot and there was a nice breeze the whole time. Air conditioning would have been a nice bonus (even though we knew going in that the house doesn’t have it). The only downside was cleanliness — the walls and carpet were pretty dirty and could have used a deeper clean."

"Best location. Corona Del Mar is delightful community inside the larger Laguna area.Property was close to beach and restaurants. We ate in #1 restaurant rated on the internet that was just a block or so away.Deck was great for relaxing. Cozy bed and pull-out sofa bed for third adult. Kitchen was useful and well stocked: two coffee makers with all the coffee we could ever use, plus a great basket of snacks to enjoy. The bathroom was stocked with free samples of "beauty products" to try. Easy to open door. Street parking just around the corner getting the best space on both days of our visit. Needed an extra supply of something missing, and the cleaner brought it over very quickly. Place was spotless. Can't wait to go back! Great location for attending the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach.....an icon event that I have attended about once every ten years for the past 50 years. All of our party of three loved every minute of our visit to this special part of CA.John Wayne airport is so convenient from the property. Easy to pick up and drop off passengers coming or going to Laguna Beach. Highly recommend!"

"This property is quintessential Balboa Island at its finest. I loved staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat. The host was lovely and responsive, and the interior decor magical to me. Most comfortable bed I may have ever slept in as well. ;)) Enjoy your stay and if you love coffee and nice people, pop down to Jasper Coffee for a cuppa."

"This was a very nice home, located within reasonable walking distance to most anything you would need for a fun beach holiday. The home has a private patio which was very nice for socializing and enjoying the beautiful weather of the area. Small touches, like blowdryers, steamer and beach chairs were a nice touch."

"We had a great time. Location is wonderful and the unit is pretty much as listed and was clean and tidy. The garage parking seems like a must have, so that was helpful too. Bedroom, bathroom and garage are all a little tight, but we expected that for Balboa Island. If we make it back someday, we would come back here."
