"Room very clean! Desk staff very friendly. Breakfast quite good!"

"Linda, the young lady who works at the office is Professional, courteous and makes sure all guests are accommodated."

"Overall location was great for proximity to beach. After that it’s not well maintained or have a great look in my opinion."

"LOVE the Cozy Inn! Super affordable, comfortable, quiet, and safe location really close to the beach. Staff was great, gave me a ground floor room as requested. Will definitely stay there again!"

"This is a no-frills, basic motel run by a family that lives on site. The owner is very responsive to any requests for extra towels, key problems, etc. It’s right next door to a full-size grocery store. It’s freeway close to all sorts of great Orange County spots. I recommend staying at this reasonably-priced place so you can spend more of your vacation $ on adventures, shopping, and dining out rather than on an expensive posh hotel. Also, the beds were nice and firm."

"It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch."

"Great location and stay. The host is very response and quick to resolve any issue and act as perfect hosts!! Would stay here agin. "
