"2 min walk to the beach and path. Close to pier (0.7mi) but far enough away to avoid the traffic congestion. Parking spot is very convenient. The unit is great. Rooms comfy and clean. Good tv with youtubeTV streaming. Laundry unit was very efficient. Kitchen clean and decently stocked. Highly recommend. "

"Wonderful home! Worked perfectly for our family and dog. The garage is a bit small because of the washer and dryer but the space behind the garage is plenty big for parking. The home has everything you need to relax in beautiful Newport Beach. Communication with host was quick and responsive. The friendly text reminder about the garbage was very helpful. I’ve been visiting Newport Beach for 25 years and this home ranks high on our list."
