4.1/5Very Good! (1,004 reviews)
Location was convenient, but also a major construction zone. The room was big enough, but the layout was awkward and poorly designed. The furniture looked nice but was cheap and broken/worn. The AC unit had parts missing and was very loud. The tv had hdmi ports but you can’t use them. We had to call for the actual remote that they said they would bring, and then forgot so we had to call back again, then they took another 2 hours to bring it. The restaurant was closed. The cafe hours were not very accessible and the options were very limited. The beds were very hard. The coffee they do give you is from the multipacks that no one ever wants to drink. I was impressed it was real Keurig though. Checkout was super easy. All I had to do was send a text. I don’t tend to ever need to call staff but when I have in the past it’s always been quicker with other hotel chains. The staff here is nice but takes hours for simple things. I requested a microwave since the website advertises them and we were there for a week. They said they would look for one and then made sure to tell me that the website says it’s not guaranteed when they brought it. Felt unnecessary at that point. Again this took hours to even get. California was amazing. This hotel was just ok. I’m not sure how much was related to COVID so I’m not sure how they normally are. I have stayed in much nicer for cheaper in comparable cities. I won’t be booking with them again. Not a great experience overall. Just my experience.
