「this is a modest property, located a few miles north of the Mission and downtown area of San Juan Capistrano. The rooms were small but adequate for our needs, clean, and comfortable. I'd call this a "Budget +" accommodation. Nothing fancy. There was plenty of hot water, and nice fluffy white towels. A huge plus.
