"I would’ve given it a five star but the washer and dryers weren’t available, I was told that they aren’t working at the time. The icemaker on the second floor wasn’t working either. Also, the entire hotel was hot and humid. Not sure if they were having issues with the AC in the entire hotel. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff was friendly. Very helpful."

"We had a great stay at Paseo! The staff were very friendly. The only complaint I have is going down to pool in the morning I asked if we could have pool towels twice since none were an available. They said they would be coming out of the dryer very soon. If the pool opens at 8 am why isn’t there towels available? We didn’t get to the pool. till 9:30. The other thing was the lounge chair cushions looked worn or dirty. We will had a great time!"

"Came for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We were greeting by friendly valet and front desk people. They even offered welcome champagne. We got there early so we had to wait for a room, but it was worth it since we got upgraded to a different room. The views here are worth it. You have access to a pool but we went down to the beach instead. We enjoyed drinks in their lobby area that even had someone playing live music. We dined inside our room for dinner since our view was perfect. Everywhere we went the staff greeted us with smiles and were so nice. Honestly, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had. We're definitely coming back."
