"Beautiful property, helpful staff who were able to communicate in English, great amenities, close to stations, food, and stores. In particular, the bathroom was awesome. They have very good smelling soap. They also provide baggage delivery help. Highly recommend!"

"Very convenient location, 5 ms walk to major train station where there's a shopping mall. Plus lots of restaurants and Izakaya close by, the Ueno market is about 10ms walk too. No coffee available in room."

"This newer hotel was perfect for our family of 4! The room was spacious and clean and the bunk beds were a huge hit with our daughters (ages 8 and 12). Location was good with lots of food and shopping nearby and close to Okachimachi station for easy metro access. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other, smaller hotels we stayed at in the vicinity. Would highly recommend! "
