The room is extra small that i can hardly open my 26" suitcase. The good thing about the location is that it's near to Okachimachi Station (less than 10 mins walk), a convenient store & Business Supermarket downstairs. And the best thing about this hotel is those extra polite and friendly staff.

Hotel is a bit old and noisy at night even we stayed at the 10th floor but I guess it’s in the heart of ueno. Staffs are so nice and helpful!! We stayed twice already we love it. Rooms are spacious great for families.

It's very close to several train stations and lots of dining options. A few mins walk to Ameyoko and Ueno Park. It's adjacent to a Family mart and right across is Donki for souvenir shopping.

First time staying anywhere in japan and this place was great. Right next to Ueno park which is beautiful. Easy to get to various train stations and a pretty short walk to the akihabara arcades. We had the kabuki room, western travelers will probably feel a bit cramped in here but we enjoyed it! We also loved the Korean cafe around the corner

5 min walk to main train station. 2 min walk to Ueno park- which is sooo beautiful at night. Next to a grocery store and many convenience stores. Room was clean and spacious. Bidet toilet and tub shower. They provide amenities such as toothbrush, body wash, shampoo, etc. great location and price. Also across the street from Donki store. Great for shopping and dropping belongings
