The hotel itself is a bit dated but totally made up for by the convenient amenities and super friendly and helpful staff. The store inside had good selection of basics. While no microwave in the room, they had one in the lobby you can use. Booked a room with private onsen and the view of Mt Yotei was gorgeous! "
