"My husband and I stayed at the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel in March 2026. The hotel is a little dated and could use some basic updates to improve its appearance. There is only one restaurant in the hotel which was a real problem for me. The food choices were limited, and the prices were a bit higher than what we paid at other well-known restaurants in the area. The hotel is located in a quite area and is approximate 20-30 minutes away from Tokyo. However, the hotel is very close to the train station. Some of the staff member spoke very little English, but for the most part the staff was very accommodating and friendly. One of the staff members, Quentin was absolutely awesome and very, very helpful. He went above and beyond customer service expectations to ensure that my husband and I received whatever help we needed to navigate our stay in Tokyo."

"Hotel Metropolitan is located in the Sapia Tower right next to Tokyo station. The location is perfect. We had a window view of Tokyo station, which was beautiful at night. The staff was incredibly kind and so easy to talk to. I would stay here again next time I am in Tokyo. "

"The place is very comfortable, clean and spacious. It is an easy accessible to all our itineraries. All staff members are friendly, helpful and did an excellent job in their respective roles. "It was a pretty hotel. Really enjoyed a the waiting lounge room it was sunny stylish and open. Room was nicely designed and loved they had big bath tub! Station were near by and easy to get taxi too"
