"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. "Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. They do a thorough cleaning only every 3 days but will drop off clean towels daily. This suited me since I could spread out without having to worry about staff coming in. Location is tremy convenient especially to Itami airport only a 10minut monorail ride away. "This was an extremely peaceful resort that was friendly to a first time Onsen user. The views of Osaka were beautiful, the breakfast was timely and delicious, and there were complimentary drinks including fresh juice and wine. It’s not really a place you will want to walk to, and I do wish the patio was open earlier in the morning and later in the evening as that is where the views are best. Note that I had a “Mountain View” which really was just a view of the woods out back, which was very peaceful and worked with the aesthetic of the room but the city view rooms would definitely be the highlight."
"This was great for an overnight stay after a very long flight from the US to Narita and then to Osaka Itami before heading on the next day to Kyoto. It is located on the top floor of the airport so you did not even need to locate a shuttle bus. The rooms were modern and clean and there plenty of opportunities for eating at the airport. The staff was efficient and friendly."
"Everything was amazing, food and staff accomodation was absolutely top notch. The public open air bath was so relaxing, also equipped with a sauna and an ice cold bath. We also had the room with private open air bath and the view to the outside was amazing from the bath. Also has free shuttle to and from the closest train station (Ikeda Station) all you have to do is just make reservation with front desk. There are beautiful hikes nearby as well."
"This spa hotel was very different from western hotels. Our room was like an apartment with a huge outdoor space with an outdoor sauna, pool- onsen, shower, lounge area, and covered dining area. Inside there was another pool/tub - onsen, dining area, TV area, karaoke machine, and two large - queen beds. The staff spoke little English, but used a translation App to help us. Breakfast was very nice served in our room. There was also a massage chair!"
