"I recently stayed at this hotel and one of the biggest highlights was its unbeatable location. It was just a short walk from a major train station (shin Osaka), making it incredibly easy to get around. From there, I could hop on the bullet train to Tokyo or catch a regular train to Kyoto with no hassle at all. As someone who loves to travel and values convenient access to public transportation, this was a huge plus. It made day trips and longer journeys stress-free, and I was able to make the most of my time in Japan without worrying about complicated transfers or long commutes. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side, which seems pretty typical for Japan. It wasn’t a big deal for me, especially since I was out exploring most of the time anyway. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re someone who prioritizes location and efficient travel options, this hotel is a fantastic choice."

"We made the decision to get a slightly larger room - no regrets! Hotel is fairly new and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Located near the station and attached to a shopping mall, it is convenient for many things, although navigating the complexity of the station can be slightly confusing. It is located in a slightly quieter part of the station as well, and there were fewer crowds around the area which made it more comfortable and inviting after a day of touring."

"Incredible location, directly attached to the train station, right next to the shinkansen gates. Rooms were incredibly small though, with like a foot of space around the beds. The shower was nice and the room had a couple of massage cushions which we enjoyed."

"I have traveled abroad a lot and this is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are big (definitely get a corner suite that has an amazing view of the city) and very modern. Service was outstanding!! Everyone was so kind. We had a small medical emergency and Ryoko went above and beyond to help us get fast medical care. She saved our family vacation. This is the only hotel I would stay at in Osaka. Highly recommend!! "
