"The room was overpriced and so tiny that the two of us could only be in the room at the same time if we were sleeping. Also sounded like the trains were right outside our window even though we were on the 12th floor. "

"The property is very well located, with grocery stores nearby and Osaka Station just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside is that the air conditioning only functions in heating mode; so, if you visit during a hot season—or if you prefer to sleep comfortably in a cool room, as is my case—that won't be possible."

"Great for early flights. Did my daily routine and walked a few meters to terminal. The staff were so accommodating and wonderful. They even have a luggage scale. It’s so helpful I can rearrange my things in the bags before heading to terminal. "

"Very expensive laundry, but there is coin laundry 5m walk away. Room are very small, so mostly designed just to sleep. Shower is great. Location is amazing if you go for day trips, it is inside Shin Osaka station by Shinkansen terminal."
