"This is a great place to stop in Osaka if you are on your way somewhere by Shinkansen and just want to make a quick stop in Osaka. It is minutes from the train and subway stations. The only criticism I have about the rooms is pretty well the same one about hotels in Japan, which is that there is no closet or place to open your suitcases. You have to store everything under the bed or trip over them."

"Hotel is in a good location with a handy shuttle bus to the station. We found it was not the easiest to find your way to the right exit to catch it though. Very clean with friendly staff. We stayed in a suite which was good but if you cook for yourself there was very little space to sit down and eat. Seems crazy to have a lot of space taken up with a bath meaning the living space is very cramped."

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel! Staff were very courteous and the area was very quiet and safe. I will say it was about a 20 minute or more train ride to the more exciting parts of Osaka. It might be easier to stay more central if you mind the commute, but for the price I paid for this hotel, I didn’t mind the commute. Definitely recommend this place to others if you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay in Osaka!"

"Pretty nice spot near Shin-Osaka station, good if you’re going to other cities especially. The walk from Shin-Osaka to the hotel is about 10 mins or so, with lift access so pretty doable. Not much within the neighbourhood beyond the typical small eateries and convenience stores. Small selection but pretty delicious and nutritious and a simple free bowl of soba for supper. The onsen is suffice, didn’t have more than 4 pax on a weekday. "
