"We had the Quadruple room which had the bunkbeds for all 4 of us. My kids LOVED IT. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. If you book early, you will get a good deal. "

"Fantastic location close to Shin-Osaka station, only about 4 minutes away. Hotel room was great, clean, large enough for one person and had everything needed. TV was a little small but I didn't spend much time indoors so wasn't fussed. The toiletries are available in the lobby (toothbrush, razor etc) which seems to be the case in Japanese hotels."

"Great for early flights. Did my daily routine and walked a few meters to terminal. The staff were so accommodating and wonderful. They even have a luggage scale. It’s so helpful I can rearrange my things in the bags before heading to terminal. "

"Very expensive laundry, but there is coin laundry 5m walk away. Room are very small, so mostly designed just to sleep. Shower is great. Location is amazing if you go for day trips, it is inside Shin Osaka station by Shinkansen terminal."
