"remm Hotels are always comfortable. But their checkin system is lacking in common sense. Needs a staff member to walk you through the checkin process. How silly is that? So now I'm doing their job for them while they point to what I have to do on the screen. Just go back to the old way of you doing your job and I'll be the customer.
