"Nice hotel, conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with good beds, a washing machine, and all the amenities we needed. As we were staying on one of the higher floors, we also had a lovely view over the city. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, with the famous takoyaki (octopus balls) and other local specialities to try. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception for a couple of days while travelling to another city, which was incredibly convenient."

"Staff were very friendly & helpful. The facility/room extremely clean. The hotel offers body wash (which I loved) shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush/paste, even a hair tie. The hotel is literally within walking distance from the hotel. The only downfall was that I was not allowed to use the spa because of my tattoos. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay."

"I think the only setback is that there are so many APA hotels in the area where we stayed, which can make it a little confusing to get to the right one without accidentally going to a different hotel. I believe there were three APA hotels quite close to each other, and their names were very similar. That said, the staff were great, and the rooms were very clean. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is elevated, so you may need to take an extra step when getting in and out of the bathroom. Overall, it was still a great experience. The hotel is very conveniently located near the station, and there are multiple konbini (convenience stores) nearby, which makes it very convenient for grabbing food, drinks, and other essentials."

"The breakfast was excellent. Didn’t venture to the bar upstairs as it was very expensive. Room was good size. Location is great right beside the train hub. Suggest trying for a room opposite the tracks as the trains start at 5am and finish at midnight. Great overall experience."
