Easy access to 3 different train stations. All local food places were delicious! Everything within walking distance including convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, etc. Beds were super comfy, hotel was clean and the laundry room is a huge plus! Would stay here again.

- My favourite hotel out of all the hotels we stayed in. Clean, refreshing, new, good view, English speaking staff, helpful staff, able to ship our luggage to our next hotel, great amenities, fresh towels daily. - Walk to the station is manageable. About 5-10 minute walk. - There is a laundry service in another floor, robes to grab outside to wear in your room. (Dryer didn’t completely dry our clothes tho…) - I loved our private washroom, and the tub! They also give you a bath powder (already in the washroom), for those who possibly want to have a soak… and a skincare set! - Price is cheap too. Rating this hotel 5/5

I am happy to stay in this newly built chained-hotel, it is very clean, good facilities, modern design, excellent service, very nice and helpful staff, and just 2 mins from the metro station, and 2 stops to Umeda Station. There are a lot of eateries surrounding the hotel with a more affordable price than in the tourist districts and no need to queue. The environment is quiet and clean, very cozy and relax, some other chain hotels are situated there too. I must stay in Smile Hotel again when I visit Osaka again.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in all of Japan. Very clean, spacious rooms and very kind, knowledgeable staff. Walking distance to two family marts, one 711 and one Lawson. Very close walking distance to some of the best yakitori restaurants in the country. Also walking distance to two subway stations. Also very nice that they have laundry and dryer for guest to use. Aside from all the amenities, the staff makes this hotel the best.
