Rooms are a bit tight but it’s a budget hotel so what do you expect. It's very easy to locate, just a few steps from the train station, and conveniently situated near a grocery store, convenience store, and a food district. We have free bottle of water the first night, other hotels provide free bottle of water everyday. Just saying.

Located just one minute from Nakazakichō Station and about 10 minutes from Umeda and Shin-Osaka stations, this hotel is wonderful in every respect. Although the room is of a "standard" size for Japanese hotels (small by U.S. hotel standards), the property is exceptionally well situated, close to restaurants and shopping. It also offers a good breakfast buffet, and the staff are attentive and eager to help. Furthermore, the hotel serves as an excellent base for exploring not only Osaka but also Kyoto, thanks to its proximity to the major hub of Umeda Station and nearby transit facilities like the Hankyu and Shin-Osaka stations. I would definitely stay here again, as the staff are truly attentive and take care of every little detail one might need while traveling.

Very clean room, close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating. Wonderful breakfast. Laundry facilities in every floor. It was a very nice experience. I definitely recommend this establishment.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. However, the rooms were very small and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. After four nights my neck and back were really sore and my muscles were strained. Also, there was a really bad smell of urine in the bathroom even though it seemed that it was cleaned.

Clean room and bathroom. Front desk staff were helpful during check in and when we stored our baggage after check out. There was a currency converter machine near the front desk which was helpful when trying to convert cash. Osaka JR station was an easy walking distance from hotel. There is also a metro station next by a Lawson that is a few steps walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is well located in the city centre and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was the smallest hotel room I’d ever stayed in. Limited space to store luggage, clothes and toiletries. The bin was so small and wasn’t emptied for the 3 days I was there. No other bins around the hotel. We used the laundry facilities - which were great but again the small bin there was over flowing. The terrace at the front of the hotel was a nice spot to sit with friends.

This ended up being a great little spot to stay for a few nights while in Osaka. The rooms are tiny and hotel is modest, but well kept and for the price was a great option. Available buffet breakfast in the hotel (not included, but available for ¥2,000) was convenient. Location was great in terms of accessing various things via transit, and the Umeda area itself offers lots to explore within walking distance. Hotel staff were really helpful, and even arranged to have our luggage shipped ahead to our next hotel in Tokyo (cost us about ¥3,100 for a large suitace). If you're planning to mostly be out of the hotel and are just looking for an affordable, convenient location to have a bed for the night - would recommend!
