"This place was amazing. This was a picked based on location to Mt Fuji and nothing else. Due to other factors , visiting around Hakone and other places closer to Mt Fuji didn’t occur, but we found other gems. My wife and I loved it and so did the kids. The windie road getting there, was interesting, but really just another part of the fun. Thank you so much. We hope to come back again some day."

"暗くなってからの到着でBBQをする場所が分からなかったが、朝明るくなってから外を見ると、建物左側に下に降りる階段があり、そこにBBQスペースがありました。食器類は揃っていますが、箸は木製なので気になる方は割り箸等持参が良いと思います。食器を洗うスポンジも前の人が使った物を再利用です。歯ブラシは個包装で有りましたが、歯磨き粉は前の人たちと共有の物しか有りません。ボディースポンジもなく、前の人たちと共有のネットタイプの物がありました。脱衣所には着替え等を置く台やカゴは有りません。湯船は追焚き機能は無いので人数が多いと最後の方の人はぬるいお湯になってしまうので注意が必要です。私は心配性で少し潔癖な所が有るので、上記の事が気になり持参していましたが、気にならない方ならアメニティは全て揃っています。飲み物などは水道水以外は有りません。山道をグルグル回って行く場所で、近くにコンビニ、スーパー、自販機は無いので、行く前に必要なものを揃えて行くと良いと思います。今までに泊まった犬が粗相したのか、家の犬も反応してしまい、同じ場所に何度もマーキングしそうになり阻止に苦労しました。"

"The location is great and very convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive. The host never responded to any messages, making communication extremely difficult. The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. "The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

"mazing place! Amazing location! There is no staff on-site (check-in is keyless and took us a while), nor is there a place to store your bags if needed. However, this hotel is really worth it. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space and amenities inside the apartment . We really enjoyed it, especially the view of Mt. Fuji."

"Booked only for one night. Wished we would have booked for another stay. Beautiful property. Utilize the free shuttle available from the train station to the hotel. Don’t attempt to walk especially if carrying luggage as there are steep hills. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering hotel so make sure you have decent socks on as this is a shoeless property."
