「It was a nice little place for our overnight during our traveling!! I would recommend letting future customers know the shower is in very small place. My husband is medium build, 5’6, and had a hard time getting in and out. 」

「the property was just as described, and so lovely. we enjoyed the cozy, clean, and chill space that daiv adorned with all the thoughtful touches and details. daiv was communicative throughout the stay and made us feel welcome and supported. thank you so much for a great stay!」

「This apartment was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, the place was dirty and had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. The bed linens were dirty and unusable, forcing us to go out and buy new bedding ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property. There was a total lack of proper cleaning and attention to basic hygiene. Because of the cleanliness issues and the misleading description, I do not recommend this place.」

「Not only did it feel only "kind of" clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home. 「The upstairs room is a loft! Not a true bedroom. Lots of morning sunlight and noise. The property had a very strong bleach smell for days. Then a musky egg smell. I had to repeatedly open the doors to air out. The floors turned our socks black. 」

「From the moment we booked the host was exceptionally prompt with communication and was extreamly helpful in fulfilling our needs. Once we stepped into the rentaly we were overwhelmed by the spacious interior, clean and inviting. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we were absolutely thrilled with this rental. Will definately book again and refer our visitors that come to Jacksonville.」
